ODMedia, the international media services company, has signed a worldwide agreement with Vaultline Media, a US-based media services and content licensing company founded by Robert Gekchyan and Fred Handsman, to distribute and monetise its catalogue. The partnership will launch with a library of more than 1,000 fiction and documentary films.
The film library covered by the agreement comprises more than 1,000 fiction and documentary titles spanning eight decades, from 1940s classics to releases from 2025. Genres include action, horror, western, thriller, crime, science fiction and martial arts, alongside documentaries exploring history, paranormal subjects and social issues.
ODMedia will handle content preparation, delivery and monetisation across subscription streaming services (SVoD), advertising-supported services (AVoD) and free ad-supported streaming television (FAST). Preparations for distribution are underway, with the first titles expected to go live later in 2026.
The partnership combines Vaultline’s catalogue and rights-holder relationships, the direct line from archive to audience, with one partner managing distribution across platforms and territories. It combines ODMedia’s technology for preparing and delivering content at scale with its commercial reach, helping place titles where they can attract audiences and generate revenue. This approach reduces the operational workload involved in coordinating different delivery requirements and distribution partners.

Vaultline was founded by Robert Gekchyan, founder and CEO of Generate Media, and Fred Handsman, formerly SVP Strategic Planning and Business Development at Vubiquity. The two first worked together at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where Gekchyan was Head of New Media Technology and Handsman was SVP Strategic Planning and Business Development. They founded the company to help content businesses bridge the gap between holding valuable assets and being able to prepare, distribute and generate value from them. Vaultline combines media operations experience with technology and automation. Its activities include catalogue representation for rights holders and content licensing across territories and markets.
