Job Description
- Handle daily cash and non-cash transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
- Verify transaction details and ensure compliance with bank procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer data and transaction records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support branch operations and achieve service targets.
Position & Qualifications
- Position: Teller
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Frontliner or in a related background (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to work toward targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
