Responsibilities
- Supervise production according to process requirements and operation instructions.
- Lead production team and prepare production resources while creating a safe production atmosphere.
- Develop production efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Take responsibility for production issues, production safety, employee management, and cost management.
Position & Requirements
- Position: Production Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience leading production teams.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent learning ability, interpersonal skills, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English for daily work.
- Willing to be placed in the East Java area.
- Work Location: Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
