Job Description
As an Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities. Moreover, you will ensure that all processes run according to company standards while maintaining safety and quality at all times.
- Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Conduct basic machine checks and autonomous maintenance
- Monitor production processes to achieve efficiency targets
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily output goals
Position and Qualifications
- Position: Operator
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience in FMCG production is preferred
- Diploma 3 degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong digital literacy and adaptability
- Good understanding of standard production processes
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and GMP adherence
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Placement: Pasuruan, East Java (67161)
