Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with Metro School’s curriculum standards
- Create engaging, differentiated learning experiences for diverse student needs and learning styles
- Utilize modern teaching technologies including Google Suite and Canva to enhance instruction
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth
- Collaborate with special education staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Supervise and mentor teacher aides and classroom volunteers
- Lead extracurricular science activities and academic competitions
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes learning
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience, preferably in secondary education
- Strong knowledge of biological sciences and current teaching methodologies
- Proficiency in educational technology (Google Suite, Canva, learning management systems)
- Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative approach to lesson planning and student engagement
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Age maximum 40 years (flexible for exceptional candidates)
