Turbo X Atap is seeking a dedicated and energetic Cook Helper to join our kitchen team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will support daily food preparation, maintain a clean and safe cooking environment, and contribute to delivering high‑quality meals to our clients and staff.

As a Cook Helper, you will work closely with the kitchen crew to assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping) according to recipe specifications.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
- Assisting chefs in cooking techniques such as sautéing, steaming, and grilling.
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or waste.
- Supporting shift changes by ensuring continuity of kitchen operations.
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
We look for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Experience as a Cook Helper or in a similar culinary support role is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability with a willingness to work in a shift system (08:00 – 17:00, Monday–Saturday).
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food safety regulations.
