BAT in Indonesia is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager-COE to lead end-to-end sourcing across New Product Development (NPD) and Business as Usual (BAU), shaping global strategies and supplier base optimization for Packaging/ME. This role will partner with R&D, Operations, and Legal to deliver cost, quality, and ESG objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing across NPD and BAU
- Shape global sourcing strategies and optimize the supplier base for Packaging/ME
- Partner with R&D, Operations, and Legal to deliver cost, quality, and ESG objectives
- Drive risk mitigation, business continuity planning (BCP), dual sourcing, and sustainable procurement across a multinational network
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills
- Cross-functional influence and collaboration
- Experience with global contracts, including iCertis
