PT Summit OTO Finance, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Collection (FC) Officer in Pare-pare, South Sulawesi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts and providing solutions to help customers resolve their loan repayment issues.
Job Description
- Maintain customer accounts and provide solutions to assist customers in resolving their loan repayment issues.
- Conduct field surveys and negotiations to collect outstanding payments from customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their financial situations and find mutually agreeable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment histories.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving collection rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Age: Maximum 28 years old
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- Gender: Male
- Experience: Minimum 0 years (preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for fieldwork and customer-facing roles
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (SIM C)
