Bee Smart Education Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mandarin Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape young minds and foster Mandarin language proficiency among primary and secondary school students in a supportive learning environment.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Mandarin Teacher at Bee Smart Education Center, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Mandarin curriculum for various age groups and proficiency levels
- Conduct engaging individual and group lessons using creative teaching methodologies
- Regularly assess student progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Education, or related field
- Minimum HSK 3 certification (higher levels preferred)
- At least 1 year of Mandarin teaching experience
- Excellent verbal and written Mandarin proficiency
- Ability to translate between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for education and student development
- Creative approach to lesson planning and delivery
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (full day), Saturday (half day)
Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:30
