Job Description
- Control and monitor production processes.
- Manage manpower and production equipment.
- Develop and implement continuous improvements.
- Analyze and assess production performance.
- Lead and develop the production team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Product Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Preferably has knowledge of food products and food processing, especially canned food or tuna products.
- Good leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and OEE.
- Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java.
