Surya Nasional, a leading distributor of baking and cooking ingredients, is seeking a talented and driven Sales Taking Order professional to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for proactively engaging with customers, processing orders, and ensuring the efficient delivery of our high-quality products.
Job Description
- Actively engage with customers, both in-person and via phone, to understand their needs and requirements
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help achieve the company’s revenue goals
Position and Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Taking Order professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the distribution or FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail
- Proficient in using relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to contribute to the company’s success
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motorcycle for field visits
- Based in the Bone area
