Responsibilities
- Organize and implement product quality inspection and process quality monitoring.
- Implement quality correction and continuous improvement while tracking and verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Position & Requirements
- Position: Quality Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, including at least 2 years in team management or project leadership.
- Proficient in GMP and HACCP.
- Excellent Six Sigma Green Belt or higher knowledge system.
- Skilled in applying quality tools (e.g. SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA).
- Comfortable communicating in English for daily working.
- Willing to be placed in the East Java area.
- Work Location: Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
